How to Return an Item
- Request a Return: Log in to your account on independentmens.com and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Package Your Item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
- Post Your Return: Send the item back to us using a tracked delivery service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
